The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Ben White, National Institute of Mental Health. Transgenic donor lines containing Trojan cassettes were generated as described in Diao et al., 2015, Cell Rep. 10(8): 1410–1421 (FBrf0227693). A. Insertions of transgenes containing a single "Trojan GAL4" donor cassette. P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.0)}6x, P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.1)}3x and P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.2)}7x are insertions on the X chromosome. P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.0)}8B, P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.1)}12B and P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.2)}8B are insertions on the second chromosome. P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.0)}8C, P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.1)}4C, P{loxP(Trojan-GAL4.2)}1 are insertions on the third chromosome. B. Insertions of the triplet Trojan donor transgene P{lox(Trojan-GAL4)x3} (contains three tandem "Trojan GAL4" cassettes, one in each intron phase). P{lox(Trojan-GAL4)x3}16x is an insertion on the X chromosome. P{lox(Trojan-GAL4)x3}10 is an insertion on the second chromosome. P{lox(Trojan-GAL4)x3}11 is an insertion on the third chromosome.
