The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Olena Riabinina and Christopher Potter, The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
P{Act5C-lexA. DBD::QF2w.AD } expresses the DNA-binding domain of lexA fused to the transcriptional activation domain of the "w" variant of QF under the control of Act5C. Construct was generated in a similar manner to P{Act5C-lexA. DBD::QF.AD } in Riabinina et al., 2015. Nat Methods.  12:219  (FBrf0227669).
P{Act5C-lexA. DBD::QF2w.AD }5b is an insertion on the second chromosome.
P{Act5C-lexA. DBD::QF2w.AD }8b is a homozygous viable insertion on the third chromosome.
