iGluSnFR is a modified version of the GCaMP molecule designed to allow optical imaging of glutamate release. Variants differ in affinity, from tightest to weakest: A184A > A184S > A184V > A184L (see Marvin et al., 2013. Nat Methods 10(2):162)
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184A} expresses the A184A variant of iGluSnFR under the control of UAS.
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184A}VK00005 is an insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10, 3L:17952108 .
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184L} expresses the A184L variant of iGluSnFR under the control of UAS.
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184L}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10, 3L:17952108 .
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184S} expresses the A184S variant of iGluSnFR under the control of UAS.
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184S}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10, 3L:17952108 .
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184V} and P{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184V} each express the A184V variant of iGluSnFR under the control of UAS.
PBac{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184V}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10, 3L:17952108 .
P{20XUAS-iGluSnFR.A184V}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 86F8, 3R:7634081 .
