P{UAS-L1CAM.I219T} is a UAS construct expressing a mutant version of Hsap\L1CAM in which the isoleucine at position 219 within the second Ig domain has been changed to threonine. This amino acid substitution is associated with a human neurological disorder. This construct was made by Michael Hortsch and colleagues at the same time as similar constructs described in Nagaraj et al. (2009; FBrf0223484) and Kudumala et al. (2013; FBrf0223105).
P{UAS-L1CAM.I219T}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-L1CAM.I219T}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
