The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Peter Gallant, University of Würzburg.
P{UAS-Uhg1.H} and P{UAS-Uhg8.H} express Uhg1 (FBgn0045800) and Uhg8 (FBgn0083120), respectively, under UAS control. The transgenes were constructed at the same time as similar constructs for other Uhg genes in the work of Herter et al. (2015; FBrf0228394), but did not appear in the paper.
P{UAS-Uhg1.H}3 and P{UAS-Uhg8.H}3 are homozygous viable and fertile third chromosome insertions.
