The 'FL-Htt200Q' line used in FBrf0227949 is a newly generated line in which UAS sequences drive expression of a full-length human Huntingtin cDNA containing an expanded 200 polyglutamine repeat. It was made by cloning into Pacman, followed by integration into the P{CaryP}attP2 docking site.
