2) e03723 (FBti0041742) is recorded in FlyBase as an allele of the Pmn2 gene, presumably based on the gene assignment reported by Thibault et al.  However, both flanks of e03723 map to sequence location  3L:12534233-, as recorded in FlyBase, which is within the annotated transcription unit of CG34242.  It should therefore be changed to being an allele of CG34242.
