I am in the process of adding new anatomy terms from your paper "Competitive Disinhibition Mediates Behavioral Choice and Sequences in Drosophila" to the Drosophila Anatomy Ontology. I noticed that in the supplementary morphology data, you refer to the Handle neurons as fbLN-HA (A00b2 a1) and fbLN-Hb (A00b a1) and I was wondering whether these are the same A00b2 a1 and A00b a1 neurons shown in "A multilevel multimodal circuit enhances action selection in Drosophila". However, A00b in this paper looks more like Handle A and A00b2 looks like Handle B. Please could you clarify this?

I believe that the annotations in the atlas of the Ohyama et al. paper are flipped from what they should be. The Jovanic et al. paper has the correct match to Jim Truman's developmental nomenclature.
