The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Nancy Bonini, University of Pennsylvania.
P{UAS-ATXN2.22Q} expresses human ATXN2 with 22 glutamine (Q) repeats under the control of UAS.  It was made using methods similar to those used to make P{UAS-ATXN2.32Q} (FBtp0095499) in Kim et al., 2014 (FBrf0223993).
P{UAS-ATXN2.22Q}M13 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-ATXN2.32Q}F26 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
