The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Nancy Bonini, University of Pennsylvania.
P{UAS-TAF15} (originally described in FBrf0217025) expresses human TAF15 under the control of UAS. It was generated using a Janelia-based vector carrying 5xUAS, an attB site and an SV40 terminus.
P{UAS-TAF15}attP2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4, 3L:11063638 .
