The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by the Transgenic RNAi Project.
P{TRiP.HMS05772}, P{TRiP.HMS05775} and P{TRiP.HMS05773} target the DNA-binding domain of the  lexA::p65  driver.
The hairpin sequences are as follows:
HMS05772 - TGCGACAGCAGTCCTTTACTA (attP40)
HMS05775 - TGCGACAGCAGTCCTTTACTA (attP2)
HMS05773 - CAGGTAGTCGTTGCCAGGATA (attP2)
(Note that one sequence was used twice for attP40 and attP2 versions).
P{TRiP.HMS05847} and P{TRiP.HMS05713} target the tdTomato fluorescent protein.
The hairpin sequences are as follows:
HMS05847 - AAGGGCGAGGAGGTCATCAAA
HMS05713- CACGCTGATCTACAAGGTGAA
