The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Joshua Mast and Nina DiPrimio, Perlara PBC.
Pmm2^F125L - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change F125L in Pmm2. This change was designed to mimic the F119L change found in human PMM2 in patients with Congenital disorder of glycosylation, type 1a. The F125L change was put in along with a 3xP3-DsRed marker flanked by PBac ends that was then removed via PBac transposition.
