The associated file contains the insertion site sequence location (including strand information) for the 92 GDP LA P{Mae-UAS.6.11} insertion sites recorded in FlyBase.  There are stocks at the BDSC for 87 of these insertions. The sequence location minimum and maximum values are the same as currently recorded in FlyBase for all but two of these sites, LA00083 and LA00286.  However, the current FlyBase records do not have any strand information for any of these sites. The strand information is particularly important for these P{Mae-UAS.6.11} insertions because they have a UAS-inducible promoter outwardly directed from the 5’ end (the opposite of EP's).
