In the attached spreadsheet, I worked out the genomic coordinates for the deletions that Barry Honda sent to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center from the complementation results in Syrzycka et al. 2019 (FBrf0242319). (This is similar to the method described in FBrf0231039.) I also added in some Dfs in the same region that we already had here - the info in the Syrzycka et al. paper let me anchor the old Dfs to the genome map.
