We performed inverse PCR on the P{PTT-un}tsrZCL0613 insertion (tsr-GFP) (Morin et al., PNAS, 2001 - FBrf0141725) and identified an insertion site of an artificial exon encoding GFP at  2R:24045791  in version FB2017_06 of the genome, which is within the first intron of the tsr gene and upstream of the first codon.
