CG9485C1604R - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change C1604R designed to mimic the C1515R change found in a human amylo-alpha-1, 6-glucosidase, 4-alpha-glucanotransferase (AGL) variant associated with Glycogen storage disease type III. The C1604R change was put in along with a 3xP3-dsRed marker flanked by PBac ends that was then removed via PBac transposition. Transposition left behind a TTAA but doesn't change the amino acid sequence.
CG9485W1195X - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to make amino acid change W1195stop designed to mimic the W1099stop change found in a human amylo-alpha-1, 6-glucosidase, 4-alpha-glucanotransferase (AGL) variant associated with Glycogen storage disease type III. The W1195stop change was put in along with a 3xP3-dsRed marker flanked by PBac ends that was then removed via PBac transposition. Transposition left behind a TTAA but doesn't change the amino acid sequence.
TI{TI}CG9485KO - CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous dependent repair was used to replace most of the coding region with a cassette carrying lox-P flanked 3xP3-RFP. The cassette also carries a single attP site.
