The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Jacob Keller and Loren Looger, Janelia Research Campus.
PBac{13XLexAop2-iGlucoSnFR.mRuby2} - lexAop drives expression of 'iGlucoSnFR', an intracellularly localized form of the GlucoSnFR glucose sensor. The glucose sensor is fused to mRuby2. GlucoSnFR (see FBrf0249411 for details) is composed of a T. thermophilus Glucose Binding Protein with H66A, L276V and H348A changes and a circularly permuted Green Fluorescent Protein inserted between residues 326 and 327.
PBac{13XLexAop2-iGlucoSnFR.mRuby2}VK00038 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome in an attP site at 5B8,  X:5757560 .
P{13XLexAop2-eGlucoSnFR.mRuby2} - lexAop drives expression of 'eGlucoSnFR', a form of the GlucoSnFR glucose sensor that is extracellularly localized but does not appear to be secreted. The glucose sensor is fused to mRuby2.
P{13XLexAop2-eGlucoSnFR.mRuby2}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 68A4,  3L:11063638 
PBac{13XLexAop2-sGlucoSnFR.mRuby2} - lexAop drives expression of 'sGlucoSnFR', a secreted form of the GlucoSnFR glucose sensor. The glucose sensor is fused to mRuby2.
PBac{13XLexAop2-sGlucoSnFR.mRuby2}VK00038 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome in an attP site at 5B8,  X:5757560 .
