The DRSC has generated an updated list of about 11 million predicted short-guide RNAs (sgRNAs) that are suitable for genome engineering using CRISPR/Cas9, using the methods described in Ren et al., 2013 (FBrf0223428). Each sgRNA has been assessed in various ways for predicted efficacy and specificity.
