The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Eric Schreiter, Janelia Research Campus.
PBac{UAS-CaMPARI2.L398T} expresses the photoconvertible CaMPARI2(L398T) fluorescent Ca2+ indicator under the control of UAS. The open reading frame is tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear export signal (part of CaMPARI2(L398T)) and a  Tag:polyHis  tag, and at the C-terminal end with  Tag:FLAG ,  Tag:HA  and  Tag:MYC .
PBac{UAS-CaMPARI2.L398T}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site at 75A10,  3L:17952108 .
