The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Alisa Katzen, University of Illinois College of Medicine.
P{UAS-Myb.GFP.K} carries Myb tagged at the C-terminus with GFP expressed under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-Myb.GFP.K}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-Myb. DBD::EnR } carries a dominant-negative form of Myb composed of the Myb DNA-binding domain fused to the Engrailed repressor domain expressed under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-Myb. DBD::EnR }2 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
