P{UAS-palm-mKate2} was generated in the same manner as PBac{UAS-palm-mKate2}, except the attB donor plasmid was targeted to a P{CaryP} target site instead of a PBac{y+-attP-3B} target site.
P{UAS-palm-mKate2}attP2 is an insertion in the P{CaryP}attP2 target site at 68A4,  3L:11070538  (R6).
