The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Vince Archambault, Universite de Montreal.
P{UASp-gwl.EGFP.K97M} is identical to P{UASp-gwl.GFP} except for the introduction of sequence changes to substitute methionine for lysine 97. This is the same sequence change in the gwl^scant allele.
P{UASp-gwl.GFP}2, P{UASp-gwl.EGFP.K97M}2, P{UASp-gwl.short}2, P{UASp-gwl.NLSmut.MYC}2, P{UASp-gwl.MYC}2, P{UASp-gwl.MYC.K87R}2 and P{UASp-gwl.PrA}2 are second chromosome insertions.
P{UASp-gwl.EGFP.K97M}3, P{UASp-gwl.MYC}3, P{UASp-gwl.NLSmut.MYC}3, P{UASp-gwl.MYC.K87R}3 and P{UASp-gwl.PrA}3 are third chromosome insertions.
