The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Erich Buchner, University of Wurzburg.
The VII.10 stock contains two insertions of the P{UAS-Sap47.cDNA.RNAi} transgene (P{UAS-Sap47.cDNA.RNAi}VII.10a and P{UAS-Sap47.cDNA.RNAi}VII.10b), both of which are likely on the second chromosome. The stock is homozygous viable and fertile.
