P{UASp-HIV-1\Rev.EGFP} expresses the Rev protein from HIV-1 with a C-terminal EGFP tag under the control of UASp.
P{UASp-HIV-1\Rev.EGFP}attP2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in an attP site (FBti0040535)
P{UASp-pgTat.HIV} carries a construct known as "pgTat", a subgenomic construct from HIV-1 used to study Rev function in export of intron-containing viral RNA (see Malim et al., 1989. Nature 338:254 ). In the absence of Rev, the construct expresses the full length Tat protein under the control of UASp. In the presence of Rev, it expresses a truncated Tat protein under the control of UASp.
P{UASp-pgTat.HIV}su(Hw)attP8 is a viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome in an attP site (FBti0131991).
