P{QS.G4HACK} is a construct for use in the Homology Assisted CRISPR Knock-in (HACK) method. It was designed to convert a GAL4 line to a QS line in vivo. It is identical to P{QF2.G4HACK} except the repair template cassette contains QS sequences instead of QF2 sequences.
The following insertions are named for their cytological localizations predicted from sequences flanking the insertion site.
