The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Jim Kennison, National Institutes of Health.
P{PRE.Scr-PS1} carries a 4.2 kb EcoRI/BamHI fragment ( 3R:6 ,836,124-6,840,359) from the second intron of Scr in the pCaSpeR4 vector. It was used to show pairing-sensitive silencing.
P{PRE.Scr-PS1}Q1 is a third chromosome insertion, homozygous viable and fertile.
P{PRE.Scr-PS1}J3 is a third chromosome insertion, homozygous viable and fertile.
