1) PBac{RB}CG11089e03217 is also in CG31381. Please make CG31381e03217 and associate it with the insertion.
2)  There are two TRiPs (P{TRiP.HMJ22058}attP40 and P{TRiP.HMC03561}attP40) with targets inside overlapping genes CG11089 and CG31381. FlyBase, for the most part, has both TRiPs associated with CG11089  and neither associated with CG31381 (it looks like the seq features for both are associated with both genes but everything every else is associated with CG11089). I confirmed with Jonathan Zirin at the TRiP that P{TRiP.HMJ22058}attP40 targets ONLY CG31381 and P{TRiP.HMC03561}attP40) targets ONLY CG11089. Please change the FlyBase entries for HMJ22058 (construct, insertion, allele, seq feature etc) such that they are now associated with CG31381 instead of CG11089. And please take CG31381 off of the HMC03561 seq feature entry.
