The Jaspersg1 and Jaspersg2 alleles were generated in 2015-2016, and I noticed the homozygous Jasper mutant in these stocks gradually reduced, suggesting either partial lethality or accumulation of secondary mutations overtime. Therefore, I always used the trans-heterozygous Jaspersg1/Jaspersg2 in my experiments.
