The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Christopher Potter, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
P{Orco-QF2.P} consists of Orco regulatory sequences driving expression of QF2. Made in a pP{CaSpeR-4} (FBmc0000178) backbone. QF2 is followed by an Hsp70 terminator.
P{Orco-QF2.P}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
