M{Act5C-DBE2} contains a Drosophila-optimized Cas9-based Base Editor (DBE2) expressed under the control of Act5C sequences. DBE2 is described in Marr and Potter, 2021, CRISPR J 4(6): 836--845 (PMID:34813372, FBrf0252249).
M{Act5C-DBE2}ZH-2A is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome into ZH-2A (FBti0076477).
