The ssp3M1 mutant was not sequenced. The following sgRNA, (5′-GCCAGTGTAGGATGCGGCGG-3′ and 5′-GGATTGTGAAGTTCAGCTGG-3′) were used to generate the mutant. The region between these two sgRNA are presumed to have been exchanged by our marker.
