The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Paul Macdonald, University of Texas at Austin.
TI{TI}tapas^GFP - GFP was inserted via CRISPR/Cas9 at the C terminus of tapas in the endogenous tapas locus resulting in expression of GFP-tagged tapas under native control.
