The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Norbert Perrimon, Harvard Medical School.
The following constructs were made in the same manner as P{UAS-NLS-APEX.GFP}, P{UAS-NES-APEX.FLAG}, and P{UAS-mito-APEX.FLAG} from Chen et al., 2015 (FBrf0229752).
P{UAS-NLS-APEX.FLAG} carries pAPEX, tagged at the N-terminus with  Tag:NLS (SV40-largeT) (a nuclear localization signal) and at the C-terminus with FLAG, under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-NES-APEX.GFP} carries pAPEX, tagged at the N-terminus with  Tag:NES (oPKI) (a nuclear export signal) and at the C-terminus with GFP, under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-mito-APEX.GFP} carries pAPEX, tagged at the N-terminus with  Tag:Mito (hCOX8A) (a mitochondrial localization signal) and at the C-terminus with GFP, under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-NLS-APEX.GFP}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-NLS-APEX.GFP}3 is an insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-NES-APEX.GFP}2 is an insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-NES-APEX.GFP}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-mito-APEX.GFP}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-NLS-APEX.FLAG}2 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-NLS-APEX.FLAG}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-NES-APEX.FLAG}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
