I was looking into information on genes that are homologous to human RPA1, RPA2 and RPA3 in flies. These are 3 genes that encode subunits of the "DNA replication factor A complex" /cgi-bin/cvreport.pl?id=GO%3A0005662 In FlyBase, you list 5 genes that are related to this GO term, 3 of which are mapped, 2 are unmapped. Looking at the information, RpA-8 should be the same gene as RPA3 (which is 8kDa) and RpA-30 should be the same gene as RPA2 (which is 30kDa). Hence, I would recommend you to merge these entries. I suggest you also unify the naming system of these genes by using RpA-70, RpA-8 and RpA-30 as the official symbol for the three fly genes (since this is how they were referred to in the first fly paper), or use RPA1, RPA2 and RPA3 to be consistent with gene nomenclature in other species.
