The oligos for the homology arms are listed below and are in Additional file 7 Table S4 of the paper. While these should hopefully allow determination of the theoretical extent of the Osi81 deletion, unfortunately we were not able to confirm the precise breakpoints molecularly as PCR from the external genomic region (outside the homology arms) and inside the inserted dsRed marker did not work.  We therefore simply confirmed the deletion of Osi8 by simple PCR within the Osi8 locus (using the Osi8-1 validation primers listed in the attached file) as well as by Osi8 RNA FISH.
