The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Dean Smith, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
TI{TI}ATP8B^attP - CRISPR/Cas9 and the vector pHD-DsRed-attP was used to swap 3xP3-dsRed and an attP site for the first two exons plus part of the third exon of ATP8B.
