The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Deborah Hursh, United States Food and Drug Administration.
P{UAS-magu.H} expresses magu under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-magu.H}2 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-magu.H}3 is an insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-magu.1m3} expresses magu carrying amino acid changes D225A, E236A and E273A, under the control of UAS. These three amino changes are designed to knock out the first of two calcium binding domains in magu.
P{UAS-magu.1m3}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-magu.2m3} expresses magu carrying amino acid changes D524A, E535A and E572A, under the control of UAS. These three amino acid changes are designed to knock out the second of two calcium binding domains in magu.
P{UAS-magu.2m3}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-magu.m6} expresses magu carrying amino acid changes D225A, E236A, E273A, D524A, E535A and E572A, under the control of UAS. These six amino acid changes are designed to knock out both calcium binding domains in magu.
P{UAS-magu.m6}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
