The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Dirk Beuchle and Beat Suter, University of Bern.
M{UASz-Top3beta.EGFP} is a UASz construct expressing EGFP-tagged Top3beta protein under UAS control.
M{UASz-Top3beta.Y332F.EGFP} is a similar construct expressing EGFP-tagged Top3beta protein with a Y332F substitution eliminating a tyrosine important for catalytic activity.
M{UASz-Top3beta.DeltaRGG.EGFP} is a similar construct expressing EGFP-tagged Top3beta protein in which the RGG boxes important for RNA and protein binding were deleted
M{UASz-Top3beta.DeltaRGG.EGFP}ZH-86Fb, M{UASz-Top3beta.EGFP}ZH-86Fb and M{UASz-Top3beta.Y332F.EGFP}ZH-86Fb are insertions into the M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-86Fb site at 86F8, 3R:11808359 (R6).
