M{osk+tBa} is an oskar genomic rescue construct made by excising an XhoI-NotI fragment containing the osk genomic region from a DNA template (pGem11z+) from Anne Ephrussi’s lab and cloning it into the same sites in a CaSpeR-based attB vector.
M{osk+tBa}ZH-64A is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-64A at  3L:3973717..3973717  (R6).
