The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Elisabeth Knust, Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics.
P{UAS-sas.Cherry} carries UASt regulatory sequences driving expression of sas in which the low complexity region (amino acids 1092-1244) has been replaced by Cherry.
P{UAS-sas.Cherry}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
