The following information was provided by Lee Fradkin, Stanford University.
P{UAS-Src64B.RNAi} is a UAS construct expressing a long hairpin RNA directed against all Src64B isoforms. The construct is based on the vector containing the mub spacer described in Reichhart et al. (2002; FBrf0152370) and incorporates inverted repeats corresponding to a ~1 kb target sequence located in the Src64B 5' UTR between  3L:4598450  and  3L:4599006 .
P{UAS-Src64B.RNAi}6.1 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
