Regarding the TkR86CCRISPR deletion line, it is a deletion across the 1st exon.
The two associated files contain 1. the genome region before the deletion with the gRNA targets (TkR86C genome region CRISPR) and 2. the sequence where the 1st exon is deleted and DsRed is inserted (TkR86C KO line DsRed+).
