The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Rick Fehon, University of Chicago.
The coding sequences of M{UAS-kibra.GFP.FLAG}, PBac{UAS-kibra.GFP.FLAG}, P{UAS-kibra.GFP.FLAG} and M{UASp-kibra.GFP.FLAG} (/reports/FBtp0147302) are identical. They differ in the use of UASt- vs. UASp-type vectors and the choice of attP insertion site.
