The associated file is a FASTA file that has the deleted sequences for each Obp gene. For most of the genes (Obp22a, Obp51a, Obp56e, and Obp8a) there was a clean deletion so that information should be straightforward in the file.
For 2 genes (Obp56f and Obp56i) there are additional/mutant basepairs in the "middle" of the deletion, probably from indels that arose during break repair—I say "middle" because that sequence is between the deletion junctions, but they don't align well with the wildtype genome. For each gene I noted how many basepairs are of this type, surrounded by 10bp of wildtype junction sequence on either side.
