The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Pamela Geyer, University of Iowa.
TI{TI}lokGFP and TI{TI}Rbp9GFP are CRISPR-induced insertions of GFP sequences generated to append N-terminal GFP tags to the lok and Rbp9 proteins, respectively. The approaches were similar to those described for generating TI{TI}bafGFP in Duan et al. (FBrf0245652).
