The HpdKO2 allele was generated using CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis. There is a 7bp deletion (GCTACTA) in the coding sequence. HpdKO2 is the Hpd mutant allele used in Kosakamoto et al., 2024, Development 151(1): dev202372 (FBrf0258431).
