M{UASz-PASS-StFP} is a phosphatidic acid sensor that is similar to the M{UASz-PASS-sfGFP} sensor described in Nakamura and Parkhurst, 2024, Genetics 227(4): iyae101 (FBrf0260205) except that mScarlet-I (StFP) sequence has been substituted for the sfGFP sequence.
M{UASz-PASS-StFP}ZH-86Fb is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-86Fb at 86F8,  3R:11808359  (R6).
