The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Justin Kumar, Indiana University.
TI{Tub-GAL80.W} carries a GAL80 cDNA expressed under the control of the alphaTub84B promoter. The Tub-GAL80 cassette was amplified from Tubp-GAL80, Addgene #17748) and then cloned into the pHD-DsRED CRISPR plasmid (Addgene #51434) with unique homology arms for each of the different insertion sites.
TI{Tub-GAL80.W}102B-DsRed+ is an insertion in 102B on Chromosome 4 at seq coord  4:405592  (R6)
TI{Tub-GAL80.W}102C-DsRed+ is an insertion in 102C on Chromosome 4 at seq coord  4:489884  (R6)
