Below is the sequencing result of ena1.8 around the site of the deletion.
ena1.8 contains a deletion of approximately 5.3 kB from the gRNA1 binding site to exon 8, and a 305 bp non-coding insertion. 
We were not able to determine the origin of the 305 bp insertion, BLAST within the Drosophila taxid did not find a match for melanogaster. However, the reading frame stops within the insertion and we could not detect protein with antibody staining.
