The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Ashish Toshniwal and Jared Rutter, University of Utah.
PBac{UAS-Pcb.T} is a UASt construct expressing wild type Pcb. The Pcb sequences were from the GH06348 cDNA clone using forward primer NotI-ATGTTCATTCCGGCCGCCCAGTCC and reverse primer XhoI-CTATTCGATAATCATAATGAGGTCC. 
PBac{UAS-whd.T} is a UASt construct expressing wild type whd. The whd sequences were amplified from the LD31742 cDNA clone using forward primer NotI-ATGGCCGAAGCCCATGCCGCCGTGG and reverse primer XhoI-TTATGTGGATTTGCCGTTTGTGAGTG. 
PBac{UAS-Pdk.T} is a UASt construct expressing wild type Pdk. The Pdk sequences were amplified from the LD23669 cDNA clone.
PBac{UAS-LbNOX.T} is a UASt construct expressing Lactobacillus brevis NADH oxidase (coding sequence optimized for human codon usage). 
PBac{UAS-mitoLbNOX.T} is a UASt construct expressing Lactobacillus brevis NADH oxidase (coding sequence optimized for human codon usage) with a mitochondrion-targeting tag.
